The assistive device program is a government funded program which pays 75% of the total cost of ADP approved devices with the client/private insurance coverage being 25%.
A Doctor's referral is one of the items necessary for funding approval. Devices may include, but are not limited to, ankle & foot orthosis, spinal braces and super malleolar orthosis.
